Practice Hours
HEREFORD - The practice is normally attended by receptionists
who will make appointments and deal with queries as follows:

8.45am - 1.00pm |
There are normally two late evening surgeries. The evenings may vary so please ask.
ROSS-on-WYE - There is a part-time receptionist in Ross-on-Wye. Out of hours calls are diverted to Hereford.
Out of Hours
The practice is manned for 24 hours, either by a receptionist or by an answering machine. Just give your name and telephone number clearly and we will call you back. Sometimes, if the case is urgent, the osteopath will come out to see you, but at the very least we will give you advice over the telephone of what to do. Please use this service only for emergencies which cannot wait until normal practice hours.
